सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्र से ‘एक राष्ट्र, एक राशन कार्ड’ योजना अपनाने के लिए कहा 'एक राष्ट्र, एक राशन कार्ड' योजना रियायती भोजन का लाभ पाने के लिए प्रवासी श्रमिकों और आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्गों के लिए फायदेमंद होगी. सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने 27 अप्रैल को जारी अपने एक आदेश में केंद्र से यह कहा है कि वह मौजूदा  कोविड -19 लॉकडाउन के दौरान 'एक राष्ट्र, एक राशन कार्ड' योजना को अपनाए. रियायती (सब्सिडाइज्ड) भोजन का लाभ पाने के लिए यह योजना प्रवासी श्रमिकों और आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्गों के लिए फायदेमंद होगी. इस योजना को जून 2020 में केंद्र सरकार द्वारा शुरू किया जाना था. सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के निर्देश से ऐसे अनेक प्रवासी श्रमिकों और अन्य लाभार्थियों को मदद मिलेगी जो भारत के विभिन्न राज्यों में फंसे हुए हैं और स्थानीय पहचान पत्र के बिना बुनियादी सुविधाओं का लाभ  नहीं उठा सकते हैं. मुख्य विशेषताएं  • न्यायमूर्ति संजय किशन कौल, एनवी रमण और बीआर गवई की पीठ ने एक आदेश पारित किया है जिसमें यह कहा गया है कि भारत संघ को 'एक राष्ट्र, एक राशन कार्ड योजना' के कार्यान्वयन पर विच...
